Our Services
Inpatient & Outpatient Specialized Care
Infectious disease is a specialty which deals with all problems related to infection, including HIV, post-surgical infections and tick borne diseases such as Lyme disease.
We practice both in hospital and in our clinic to help ensure timely diagnosis and treatment for our patients. We assist patients with arranging in home services to minimize time spent in hospital.
Inpatient Services
Inpatient care is care provided in a hospital or other type of inpatient facility, where you are admitted, and spend at least one night—sometimes more—depending on your condition. We work in partnership with Hartford Healthcare and Saint Vincent’s Hospital in Bridgeport, CT to provide this level of care and attention to our patients.
Outpatient Services
Outpatient care does not require a stay in a hospital. These services may include consultations, check-ups, diagnostic tests, treatments, or other types of procedures. We provide out-patient services and care primarily at our Fairfield, CT office location.
HIV Care
The management of HIV/AIDS includes the use of multiple antiretroviral drugs to control HIV infection. We can help those who are infected live a full life and assist non infected partners with pre exposure prophylaxis.
Post-Surgical Infections & Wound Care
Infection occurs when pathogens multiply at the site of a wound or after a surgical incision. We can assist your surgeon to allow optimal healing.
Lyme & Tick Borne Diseases
These prevalent diseases are acquired when an infected tick transmits the illness to the humans and animals it bites.
TB & TB Exposure
Tuberculosis (TB) usually attacks the lungs, but can attack any part of the body such as the kidney, spine, and brain.

Facts about Infections Diseases
Infectious diseases are caused by microscopic organisms that penetrate the body’s natural barriers and multiply to create symptoms that can range from mild to deadly.
“Thank you for the care you gave to our Dad throughout the years. Without your dedicated, thoughtful and compassionate care, we would not have enjoyed as much time as we had with him. He credits you with having saved his life when you were able to diagnose his C.diff infection. Words can not express our gratitude for all you did for him. May god bless you always.“
