HIV & STD Care

HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) is a virus that attacks the body’s immune system. If HIV is not treated, it can lead to AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome). We can help those who are infected live a full life and assist non infected partners with pre exposure prophylaxis. STDs are common infections that are spread from one person to another, usually during sexual intercourse. STDs can lead to serious health problems.

HIV Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP)

PrEP is a medication cocktail that users take to lower their chances of getting HIV. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends PrEP as an HIV prevention strategy.

AIDS and Opportunistic Infections

Opportunistic infections (OIs) are illnesses that occur more frequently and are more severe in people with HIV. Taking HIV medicine is the best way to prevent getting OIs. HIV medicine can keep your immune system strong and healthy.
